Return to Origin & Re-Order Policy
At Swasthya, we make every effort to ensure that all prepaid orders are delivered safely and on time. However, in certain situations where delivery is unsuccessful, the shipment may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin) and returned to our facility.
What is RTO (Return to Origin)?
An order is considered RTO if it cannot be delivered due to reasons such as:
* Customer unavailability at the delivery address
* Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
* Refusal to accept delivery
* Non-reachability of the provided contact number
In such cases, the courier partner returns the order to us, which typically takes *15–20 working days*.
Policy for Prepaid Orders Returned as RTO
If a prepaid order is not successfully delivered and is returned to us as RTO:
* The original order will be treated as *completed and closed* once the product reaches our warehouse
* Automatic re-delivery will not be initiated
Re-Ordering Process
Customers who wish to receive the product again will be required to:
* Place a new order through the website
* Ensure accurate shipping address and contact information
* Complete payment again for the new order
Refund & Shipping Charges
* Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for orders returned as RTO
* Since logistics costs are incurred once an order is dispatched, refunds are not applicable for RTO cases caused due to delivery failure from the customer’s end
* Any exception will be reviewed solely at the discretion of Swasthya
